Terms and Conditions
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms cover your use of PunchCard, a digital loyalty card service for cafes in Sri Lanka. By signing up you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we provide
PunchCard gives your cafe a digital punch card. Your customers open their card in a web browser. Your staff add punches from a till device. When a card is full, your customer receives a reward code that your staff mark as redeemed.
Your account
You are responsible for your account details, your staff PINs, and any activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You must give accurate business details when you sign up.
Free trial and payment
Every new cafe gets 14 days free. You do not need a card to sign up. After the trial we charge the monthly fee for the plan you choose. Fees are shown in Sri Lankan rupees and exclude any taxes that may apply.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund part months. If payment fails we may pause your account until it is settled.
Your rewards are your promise
You set the reward, the number of punches, and the expiry. Honouring a reward is between you and your customer. PunchCard records punches and rewards. We do not fund or guarantee the reward itself.
Please do not change a card program in a way that removes punches your customers have already earned.
Fair use
Do not use PunchCard to break the law, to send unwanted messages, or to issue punches that were never earned. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, and we will tell you why.
Your data
Your customer list is yours. You can export it at any time, including after you cancel. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We work to keep PunchCard running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. If the service is down, your staff can still serve customers and add the punches once it is back.
Liability
PunchCard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. If a change matters to you, we will let you know by email before it takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
